Salsa is a Latin dance and it’s great for stamina and cardio. There’s a lot of movement in the core area and so I feel like it’s awesome for sculpting your obliques and your back and just getting that area moving in general.

I never really felt like I quite fit in. Other boys were playing sports and into hunting and stereotypically masculine activities. I was always more attracted to the arts. I loved to dance, I loved to sing, and I always knew I would be an actor. I don't really know why.

Here in America, every single actor, since they were little boys, they sing and dance and perform like angels. We don't do that. We are actors who work in a theater in very classic performances or plays.
