Psalm 32 - Blessed Is He Whose Transgression Is Forgiven
A confession psalm on the misery of hidden sin and the relief of forgiveness.
Psalm 32 follows the raw confession of Psalms 31 by pronouncing a blessing on the one whose transgression is forgiven and whose sin is covered. David recalls how keeping silent about his sin wasted his strength "as the drought of summer," until he acknowledged it and God forgave the iniquity.
（大衛的 訓誨詩。）得赦免 其過、遮蓋 其罪的，這人是有福的！
凡心裡 沒有 詭詐、耶和華 不 算為 有罪的，這人 是有福的！
我閉口不認罪的時候，因終 日 唉哼 而骨頭 枯乾。
黑夜 白日，你的手 在我身上 沉重；我的精液 耗盡，如同夏天 的乾旱。（細拉）
我向你陳明 我的罪，不 隱瞞 我的惡。我說：我要向耶和華 承認 我的過犯，你 就赦免 我的罪惡。（細拉）
為 此，凡 虔誠人 都當趁你可尋找 的時候 禱告 你；大 水 泛溢的時候，必 不能 到 他那裡。
你 是我 藏身之處；你必保佑我 脫離苦難，以得救 的樂歌 四面環繞我。（細拉）
我要教導你，指示你 當行 的路；我要定睛 在你身上 勸戒你。
你 不可 像那無 知 的騾 馬，必用嚼環 轡頭 勒住 牠；不然，就不能馴服。
惡人 必多 受苦楚；惟獨倚靠 耶和華 的必有慈愛 四面環繞他。
你們義人 應當靠耶和華 歡喜 快樂；你們心裡 正直 的人都 當歡呼。
