I know, people have had different things to say about Marvel, about how creatively free they are or not free they are, but for me, the rule has always just been stay as good as I can possibly be, and stay one step ahead of the curve, and stay unique, and stay myself. And they seem to like that.

A really interesting and happy time was when I first went to Florence as a student and studied Italian. I was living in a pensione on an allowance of £40 a month, which was princely. I did a lot of work and enjoyed myself immensely.

I believe I'm experienced, it's my third year, I know what to expect... Just stay tuned in at practice, watching in the film room, doing everything you can for your body to stay right... I don't even like to call myself an old veteran, it's only my third year, but I believe I know what it takes.
