Psalms 134
The Psalter's shortest call to bless the Lord at night.
Psalm 134 is the final and shortest of the songs of ascent, calling on the servants "which by night stand in the house of the LORD" to lift their hands in the sanctuary and bless Him. It closes the sequence begun many chapters earlier, following directly after Psalms 133's picture of unity.
A Song of Ascents. Behold, bless ye HaShem, all ye servants of HaShem, that stand in the house of HaShem in the night seasons.
Lift up your hands to the sanctuary, and bless ye HaShem.
HaShem bless thee out of Zion; even He that made heaven and earth.
