Psalm 95 - A Call to Worship and a Warning
An invitation to worship that turns into a warning from the wilderness years.
Psalm 95 opens one of the Psalms overview's most familiar calls to worship, 'O come, let us sing unto the LORD... let us kneel before the LORD our maker,' before the tone shifts into warning partway through.
來啊，我們要向耶和華 歌唱，向拯救我們 的磐石 歡呼！
我們要來 感謝 他，用詩歌 向他 歡呼！
因 耶和華 為大 神，為大 王，超乎 萬 神之上。
地 的深處 在他手中；山 的高峰 也屬他。
海洋 屬他，是他 造的；旱地 也是他手 造成的。
來啊，我們要屈身 敬拜，在造我們 的耶和華 面前 跪下。
因為 他是我們的 神；我們是 他草場 的羊，是他手 下的民。惟願 你們今天 聽 他的話：
你們不可 硬著 心，像當日 在米利巴，就是在曠野 的瑪撒。
那時，你們的祖宗 試我 探我，並且 觀看 我的作為。
四十 年之久，我厭煩 那世代，說：這是 心裡 迷糊 的百姓， 竟不 曉得 我的作為！
所以，我在怒中 起誓，說：他們斷不可 進 入 我的安息！
