Psalms 8: Crowned with Glory and Honour
A short psalm marveling at God's care for humanity.
Framed by the repeated line 'O LORD, our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth,' this chapter follows Psalms 7 and turns from personal danger to wonder at creation. David looks at the moon and stars and asks why God bothers with mankind at all.

你因敵人 的緣故，從嬰孩 和吃奶 的口中，建立了 能力，使仇敵 和報仇的 閉口無言。
我觀看 你指頭 所造 的天，並你所 陳設 的月亮 星宿，
便說：人 算甚麼，你竟 顧念他？世人算甚麼，你竟 眷顧他？
你叫他比天使（或譯： 神）微小 一點，並賜他榮耀 尊貴 為冠冕。
你派他管理 你手 所造的，使 萬物，就是一切的 牛 羊、田野 的獸、空中 的鳥、海裡 的魚，凡經行 海 道的，都 服在他的腳下。
