Psalm 28 - My Strength and My Shield
A cry against silence from God that turns into praise for His saving strength.
Psalm 28 begins with David crying out so the LORD will not stay silent, a plea as urgent as Psalms 27, lifting his hands toward the holy oracle and asking not to be drawn away with the wicked. He asks that workers of iniquity be repaid according to their deeds.
（大衛的詩。）耶和華啊，我要求告 你！我的磐石啊，不要 向我 緘默！倘若 你向我 閉口，我就如將死的人一樣。
我呼求 你，向 你至聖所 舉 手的時候，求你垂聽 我懇求 的聲音！
不要 把我和 惡人 並 作 孽 的一同除掉；他們與 鄰舍 說 和平話，心裡 卻是奸惡。
願你按著他們所做的，並他們所行 的惡事 待 他們。願你照著他們手 所做的 待 他們，將他們所應得的報應 加 給他們。
他們既然 不 留心 耶和華 所行的 和 他手 所做的，他就必毀壞他們，不 建立他們。
耶和華 是應當稱頌的，因為 他聽了 我懇求 的聲音。
耶和華 是我的力量，是我的盾牌；我心裡 倚靠 他 就得幫助。所以我心中 歡樂，我必用詩歌 頌讚他。
耶和華 是他百姓 的力量，又是 他受膏者 得救 的保障。
求你拯救 你的百姓，賜福 給 你的產業，牧養他們，扶持他們，直到 永遠。
