Psalms 16: The LORD, My Portion and Cup
David finds his goodly heritage and future hope in God alone.
Following the moral portrait of Psalms 15, this chapter has David calling the LORD his portion and cup, rejecting other gods and their drink offerings, and rejoicing that his lines have fallen in pleasant places. His confidence is set always before him.
（大衛的 金詩。） 神啊，求你保佑我，因為 我投靠 你。
我的心哪，你曾對耶和華 說：你 是我的主；我的好處 不 在你以外。
論到 世上 的聖民，他們 又美又善，是我最 喜悅的。
以別神代替耶和華的（或譯：送禮物 給別神的），他們的愁苦 必加增；他們所澆奠 的血 我不 獻上；我嘴唇 也不 提 別神的名號。
耶和華 是我的產業，是我杯 中的分；我所得的，你 為我持守。
用繩 量 給我的地界，坐落在佳美之處；我的 產業 實在 美好。
我必稱頌 那 指教我的 耶和華；我的心腸 在夜間 也 警戒我。
我將耶和華 常 擺 在我面前，因 他在我右邊，我便不致 搖動。
因此，我的心 歡喜，我的靈（原文是榮耀）快樂；我的肉身 也要 安然 居住。
因為 你必不 將我的靈魂 撇 在陰間，也不 叫 你的聖者 見 朽壞。
你必將生命 的道路 指示我。在 你面前 有滿足的 喜樂；在你右手中 有永遠的 福樂。
