Psalms 142
A lonely cry for help answered by trust in God alone.
Psalm 142 records a raw, personal complaint, poured out before God at a moment when "refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul." It follows the guarded, watchful prayer of Psalms 141 with an even more isolated cry for help.
（大衛 在 洞裡 作的訓誨詩，乃是祈禱。）我發聲 哀告 耶和華，發聲 懇求 耶和華。
我在他面前 吐露 我的苦情， 陳說 我的患難。
我的靈 在我裡面 發昏的時候，你 知道 我的道路。在 我行 的路上，敵人為我 暗設 網羅。
求你向我右邊 觀看， 因為沒有人 認識 我；我 無處 避難，也沒有人 眷顧 我。
耶和華啊，我曾向你 哀求。我說：你 是我的避難所；在活人 之地，你是我的福分。
求你側耳聽 我的呼求，因 我落到 極 卑之地；求你救我 脫離逼迫我的人，因為 他們比我 強盛。
求你領 我 出離被囚之地，我好稱讚 你的名。義人 必環繞 我，因為 你是用厚恩 待我。
