Isaiah Chapter 20
Isaiah's three-year sign warns Judah against trusting Egypt and Ethiopia.
Set during Assyria's capture of Ashdod, the events of this chapter follow directly on the burden of Egypt in Isaiah 19, as the Lord commands Isaiah to walk naked and barefoot as a living sign.
亞述 王 撒珥根 打發 他珥探 到 亞實突 的那年，他珥探就攻打 亞實突，將城攻取。
那 時，耶和華 曉諭 亞摩斯 的兒子 以賽亞 說：「你去 解掉 你腰間 的麻布，脫下 你腳上 的鞋。」以賽亞就這樣 做，露身 赤腳 行走。
耶和華 說：「我僕人 以賽亞 怎樣 露身 赤腳 行走 三 年，作為關乎 埃及 和 古實 的預兆 奇蹟。
照樣，亞述 王 也必擄去 埃及人，掠去 古實人，無論老 少，都露身 赤腳，現出 下體，使埃及 蒙羞。
以色列人必因所仰望的 古實，所誇耀的 埃及，驚惶 羞愧。
「那 時，這 沿海 一帶的居民 必說：『看哪，我們素所仰望的，就是 我們為脫離 亞述 王 逃 往 求救的，不過是如此！我們 怎能 逃脫呢？』」
